Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
C NET (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (“the Company”) respects the personal data of visitors under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains what this website collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone, topic and message.
- Technical data: the server logs IP address, time and requested page for security and attack prevention.
- Anonymous visit statistics: pages opened, the site or channel that referred you (such as Google or ChatGPT), device type, country, reading time and scroll depth, used to improve content and measure marketing. No IP address is stored and no cookies are used; a random code that changes every day is used instead, so no one can be identified or followed from day to day.
- How you found us: when you send the form, the first page you visited and the referring site (kept temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage and cleared when the tab closes) are recorded so we know which content helps customers reach us.
- Staff article editor: the username, IP address and edit history of staff who use the back office.
Cookies and tracking
Public pages set no cookies of our own, use no third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) and no tracking ads. Our security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies, and the staff article editor uses a necessary login cookie. Your light/dark mode choice is stored only in your own browser. YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used to answer your enquiry and provide the services you request, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Technical data is used under our legitimate interest in keeping the system secure.
Disclosure
We never sell or rent personal data. It may be shared only within the Company and C.NET Group companies involved in serving you, and with the email or infrastructure providers we use, who are bound by confidentiality.
Transfers outside Thailand
Form messages are delivered by email through Google’s Gmail service and may be forwarded to C.NET Group in Japan to serve you; site traffic passes through Cloudflare’s network. These providers may store data on servers outside Thailand. We use providers with internationally recognised safeguards and send only what is needed to handle your request, in line with sections 28–29 of the PDPA.
Retention
Copies of form messages on the server are deleted automatically within 90 days. Enquiries and our sales follow-up notes are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted automatically; anonymous visit statistics are kept for up to 25 months. Emails we receive are kept as long as needed for our business relationship with you. Server logs are kept only as long as security needs and the law require.
Security
Every page is served over HTTPS, access to data is restricted, and the form is protected against automated submissions.
Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
