Message from the CEO
Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the business environment surrounding each C.NET Group company has changed dramatically since March 2020. Customers postponed on-site start-ups and new projects were delayed. Our new management structure, in which young employees build businesses with a long-term vision for the whole group, was quickly put to the test.
C.NET has boldly accelerated reform with an eye to the changing times: rejuvenating the management team and mid-level executives, strengthening mobility, bringing affiliated companies together in a new office in Makuhari, Chiba, and launching businesses with entirely new models.
Society now recognises the need for change as the new normal. As demand for digital transformation (DX) grows in every field, the C.NET Group’s core competence, “Brighter Future through Logistics x IT”, is more in line with the needs of society than ever.
The C.NET Group is united in this mission: to bring the benefits of DX and IT-driven efficiency to as many workplaces as possible, and to be a strong partner in improving operations and reforming work styles under the new normal.
